Product FAQ

Q1: Is the fingerprint sensor certified for government identity programs?

Yes. The fingerprint module carries FBI (USA) and STQC (India) certifications. Captured prints meet enrollment-quality standards for national ID, voter registration and banking KYC.

Q2: Why does K37 have two Ethernet ports instead of one?

Two RJ45 ports let you isolate traffic: one for the secure identity database network, the other for device management and OTA updates. Common in government and banking deployments where Wi-Fi is not permitted.

Q3: Does K37 come with NFC, or do I need to request it?

NFC is optional. If your project requires reading eID cards, passports or employee badges, enable it. If not, skip it—same device, lower BOM.

Q4: Can our custom enrollment app run on K37 without modification?

If your app runs on Android 15 with GMS, it runs on K37. We also support APK pre-load, kiosk lock-down and MDM integration so the tablet boots directly into your workflow.

Q5: How does the battery hold up during a full-day field operation?

6400mAh removable cobalt battery lasts a full shift (8+ hours) of mixed fingerprint capture, photo taking and data sync. Swappable battery means zero downtime if a second battery is available.

Q6: What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time vary by project requirements including configuration, customization scope and order volume. Please send us your inquiry with your target quantity and preferred specifications. Our sales team will evaluate and provide a tailored quotation within 24 hours. Contact us via the quote form on this page .
